Serenity is relaxing

Serenity isn't just the absence of noise; it's the presence of mental space. It is my neurological reset causing my person to shift to a place of peace and relaxation. I believe we can demand our peace! We can find our own peace through prayer. God is listening,   especially to a repenting heart.
